Do you provide artwork showing the sign or mural on my building?

Yes! Before any project is started you, our customer will know exactly what the finished project will look like. We provide finished artwork, to scale, of your job, along with a written quote. No surprises!

What form of payment do you accept?

Payment options are cash and check only at this time.

Do you do regular interior and exterior painting?

If we are doing an entire room and there are walls/ceilings that are not part of the mural or faux finish (say 2 opposing walls are being done) we will paint the other 2 walls as part of the finished product.  However as a normal course we do not do routine painting.

Do you guarantee your work?

All work is guaranteed.  Of course, before we leave the jobsite, we will make sure you are happy with what we've created.

What areas do you service?

Service area is Eastern Washington and North Idaho. However, we have no problem traveling to wherever the project may take us.

What is the process in getting a mural completed?

Collaboration with you, our customer, to get a 'feel' of what you're looking for.  Then, thumbnail sketches are created and shown to you to see if we're on the same page.  At this point a finished sketch is completed and presented to you for approval before the actual painting begins.

Can I see a Sample Board of the Faux Finishes proposed for my project?

Yes!  And once it is approved, we can still 'color correct' on site if lighting or elements in the room (carpeting, furniture, etc.) need to be matched.

How long will it take for my project to be completed?

Of course, depending on the type of project, area to be covered, and other variables (if exterior-weather, for example) the time to finish a job can vary.  We give you a timeframe, and once production begins your project is our main concern until it is completed. We won't 'leave you hanging'.
